Lead end-to-end delivery of multi-unit residential projects in Abuja and Lagos. 8+ years on civil / real-estate sites. PMP or equivalent preferred.
Coordinate on-site assembly of factory-built modules. Mechanical or civil engineering background, comfortable with crane logistics and trade sequencing.
Soil investigation, foundation design and deep-excavation support across our industrial and oil & gas projects in Rivers and Bayelsa states.
Lead bespoke residential designs for diaspora and high-net-worth clients. Work alongside our architecture sister-firm. RIBA, NIA or equivalent membership.
Liaise with our Shenzhen manufacturing partner. Manage QA, shipping schedules, customs clearance and delivery sequencing into Lagos and Port Harcourt.
Maintain ISO 45001 / 14001 compliance across all active sites. Run inductions, audits, incident reporting. NEBOSH IGC or equivalent required.
Own our Newsroom — press releases, blog posts, case studies. Build relationships with journalists, manage media enquiries, support the executive team.
Run day-to-day finance: budgeting, project cash-flow, vendor invoicing, payroll oversight and management reporting. ACA / ACCA / CIMA preferred. Strong Excel and ERP fluency.
In-house legal support — contracts, compliance, real-estate transactions, sister-firm agreements. Nigerian Bar admission required, 5+ years post-call. Construction or real-estate experience a plus.
Rolling internship programme across civil engineering, project management, design, finance and operations. Open to current students and recent graduates. 3- and 6-month intakes.
Own our LinkedIn, X, Instagram and YouTube presence. Plan posts, capture site moments, partner with the press team. Portfolio of past brand work required.
Document our builds — drone runs, time-lapse, project walk-throughs, executive interviews. Own kit a plus, post-production fluency essential. Reel required with application.
